This is like Loudness Penalty but you can upload video files. Social media platforms that let you upload videos have a volume cap. Exceed it and they'll lower the volume. Go below it and they probably won't turn it up. So the trick is, just hit the volume cap for consistency's sake, but don't go too far where you start hearing popping. Note: Twitter's volume cap is way higher! The volume cap for most platforms, including YouTube, is -14 LUFS. If you need to quickly tweak the volume of a video you have, use catcut. The measures of this program could be off by a bit.
